The Church
There is an old chorus that was written many decades ago which we still sing today and it simply says, "What kind of church is this? It's an Apostolic church.." We are an Apostolic Pentecostal church. We are Apostolic in doctrine and Pentecostal in experience. We are a church family working TOGETHER to give God worship, reaching out to our community, and helping people BECOME.

Our History
Yuma's Pentecostal Assembly was established in 1993 in a storefront location with just a few souls and a dream to build a church in Yuma where "The Spirit Is The Difference". Since those early days YPA has seen many souls converted. The current location on Somerton Avenue was purchased in the mid 90's. The saints of YPA have seen the expansion of the original building through the years culminating with over 10,000 square feet under roof and over 3.5 acres of land. In 2021, YPA began a repair to the sanctuary roof that resulted in nearly the entire building being renovated. We are trusting the Lord to help us finish this project by mid-2022 for the glory of God!
